4、水平橋架支、吊架、托臂的安裝，豎直橋架的支架安裝要點(diǎn)

（1）立柱、吊支架和托臂所用鋼材應(yīng)平直，無扭曲。下料后長短偏差應(yīng)在5mm范圍內(nèi)，切口處應(yīng)無卷邊、毛刺。

(1) The steel used for columns, suspension brackets, and support arms should be straight and free from distortion. After cutting, the length deviation should be within 5mm, and there should be no curling or burrs at the incision.

（2）立柱、吊支架和托臂應(yīng)安裝牢固，無顯著變形，焊縫均勻平整，焊縫長度應(yīng)符合要求，不得出現(xiàn)裂紋、咬邊、氣孔、凹陷、漏焊、焊漏等缺陷，焊后應(yīng)做好防腐處理。

The welds should be uniform and flat, and the length of the welds should meet the requirements. There should be no defects such as cracks, undercuts, pores, depressions, missed welds, or welding leaks. After welding, anti-corrosion treatment should be done well.

（4）固定支點(diǎn)間距一般不大于1.5m-2.0m。在進(jìn)出接線盒、箱、柜、轉(zhuǎn)角、轉(zhuǎn)彎和變形縫兩端及丁字接頭的三端500mm以內(nèi)應(yīng)設(shè)置固定支持點(diǎn)。

(4) The spacing between fixed support points is generally not greater than 1.5m-2.0m. Fixed support points should be set up within 500mm of the two ends of the incoming and outgoing junction boxes, boxes, cabinets, corners, turning and deformation joints, as well as the three ends of the T-joint.
